Since 1996 Bill Ray has been intrigued with the internet and websites; for him it's the perfect medium in which to create "functional art". Raised in a family of Artists, Scientists and Musicians, Bill has a natural feel for design and composing elements. Coupled with a strong technical understanding of how code flows he is able to come up with creative yet solid solutions to reach and exceed expectations for how your web presence can help your business expand.

Aside from website development, "Billy Ray" (as he's known in the drumming world) is a Grammy-Award winning drummer who holds a place in Rock & Roll history as the last drummer to play for Ike Turner; 7 years they were together. Also he is listed in numerous references to Blues and indigenous Mississippi music. Currently BR is promoting his own project The Odd Get Even as well as playing locally with many Blues bands and touring internationally with a variety of artists.

Sarah Little brings solid project management experience to the Oceansites team. Having been involved in the development of the initial communication and oil spill response systems when working for Marine Spill Response Corporation, Sarah can quickly assess a situation and deploy a solution that is both practical and economical. Such attention to detail was put to use with her involvement in the development and release of RedXTracker software while working for Shainin (www.shainin.com). On a side note, the entire development team at RedX were musicians and mostly drummers. Little did she know that a decade later her ability to "talk to drummers" would make for a fortutitous pairing!

After a career-ending knee injury left her stranded and jobless in Ocean Beach, CA. Sarah joined forces with Bill Ray in 2009. With his technical knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and drawing from her background in software development and database design, she quickly got up to speed with the best tools in the business. Sarah understands HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL languages and works within Joomla and Wordpress fluently. She can develop graphics with Adobe Fireworks in both Vector and Raster formats.
